What is your airport transfer service?
Its an optional service from the airpot to the hotel and back.
All transfer services are provided by an external company and Riu Hotels & Resorts.
Mexico (Cancun, Los Cabos, Nuevo Vallarta, Playa del Carmen): HOTELBEDS.
Mexico (Mazatlan): VIAJES EL SABALO.
Dominican Republic: HOTELBEDS.
Aruba: DEPALM TOURS.

No, its an optional service that you must activate when you make the reservation.
