Modify a reservation
How can I modify a reservation?
To modify a reservation you can do it on-line through riuagents.com or by contacting our call center. You can modify a reservation at no cost if you respect the penalty period of 14 days.
Are there modification charges?
Yes. If you modify outside the time limit (between 7 or 10 days depending on the market), there is a charge of 1 night. At the time of making the reservation, we will inform you of the modification time limit that apply to you.
Can I modify a reservation?
Yes, although this service is currently only available through our call center. If there is availability for the new dates, they will modify your reservation immediately.
You can also cancel your current reservation and make a new reservation through the website.
